I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place cheese and onion in the thermo bowl and chop on speed 5 for 10-15 seconds.
Add diced bacon and SR flour and mix on speed 2 for 10-15 seconds.
Add in remaining ingredients and mix on speed 2-3 for 20 seconds.
Pour over the back of a large spoon into a greased quiche dish.
Bake in a moderate oven for 40-45 minutes until golden and firm to touch in the centre.
Tip
This is a great basic recipe. I adapt this all the time to suit what is in my fridge. The quiche pictured has been adapted to include cherry tomatoes, half natural yoghurt and half milk, spring onions and half a brown onion, red and green capsicum. I also regularly include a small can of corn kernels although I didn't have them in the pantry this time.
To fancy it up a little, it also looks great with thin slices of Roma tomato placed on the top of the quiche after it has been poured into the quiche dish but before placing it in the oven.
This is a fantastic low budget dish to take to work lunches. It is also delicious cold making it great for picnics.

Yum easy recipe. thanks
Fantastic recipe that I take advantage of to use up fridge stuff, so easy to substitute fillings and always tastes great.
Quick, easy and delicious! Even my picky eater finished her plate. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So Easy.
I will be making this again and again, so easy and perfect for using everything up in the fridge. I'm going to make your Ginger biscuits tomorrow.
Again this recipe has proven itself. Tonight I made two varieties - one with smoked bacon and garlic, the other with a drained tin of salmon. Both were delicious! Thanks again 😁
This quiche was very nice. I had it served with coleslaw
Sezza87: I have made it with gf flour, almond milk and cheese and it set fine, couldn't even tell the difference. Perhaps try some df cheese and see if that works. Perhaps without the cheese, there's just too much liquid for it to set. Good luck, I hope it works next time.
Hi, i love this recipe! I made it dairy and gluten free the last 2 times and i havent been able to get it to set, even after cooking for nearly an hour.... just wondering if anyone else has done it and got any tips? I ise gf flour, almond milk and no cheese (the first time i made it i did it to the recipe and it was perfect just used almond milk but my youngest cant have cheese either and she likes the others i made but they were like slop!)
FABULOUS quiche added Zuchinni carrots, sweet potatoe (hidden from kiddos )& few frozen veg, also doubled the recipe. Will definitely be making again Thank You for sharing you awesome recipe
So simple, substituted the milk with a jar of light cream just past it's best before and a splash of milk. Added mushrooms tomato. Super quick and a thumbs up from all
