This worked perfectly and used a lot of bananas.
This is now our family favourite. Quick, easy and never fails. Super with Lemon cream cheese icing.
Thanks
Always a favourite and great with some choc bits through it
Lovely fine cake
Have made this a few times now only changed the sugar quantity to 100g and added tsp cinnamon have also made it as muffins and added choc chips.Great recipe, works perfectly every time .
Livy01:you don’t add cream. You ‘cream’ the butter and sugar together.
Giving it a go now but there is no cream on the ingredients list however it says add butter and cream? Any idea how much cream I add??
So good! I cooked mine at 160 fan and it needed about 10mins extra cooking time. I also added choc chips and cooked it in a large square tin. Truely amazing and doesn’t need icing. Thanks for sharing🥰
So lovely didn't add any sugar just a bit of honey. Cooked for 15min longer on 160
Used 80g of sugar. Was heaps. So light and fluffy. Great recipe. Thank you
