Flapjacks
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g Linseeds
- 400 g oats
- 250 g Butter
- 180 g raw sugar
- 150 g golden syrup

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line the baking tray with baking paper.
Weigh the Sunflower and Linseeds into the TM - mill on speed 9 for 8 secs.
Weigh in the oats, then set aside the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the butter to the TM - melt the butter at 80 degrees for 3 mins on speed 2.
Add the sugar and the syrup and heat at 80 degrees for 2 mins on speed 2.
Add the dry ingredients and stir for 2 mins on speed 2, reverse to combine.
Spread the mixture over the baking tray and flatten using a spoon.
Bake in the oven for 30 mins at 180 degrees until golden.

these are fantastic! i keep them in the freezer for a treat for our girls who both love !!!! them also very delicious served warm for breakfast with yoghurt and tinned black doris plums - i cut out with a circle cutter for guests breakfasts and use the offcuts mixed with walnuts as a museli

These were amazing. Never used linseeds before but they gave it an amazing taste. I used honey instead of golden syrup though.
Excellent flapjacks, i didn't have quite enough porridge oats so added some oatmeal , turned out great, not too sweet.
