Biscuits
- 125 g Butter
- 30 g icing sugar, Pre-milled in your TM
- 125 g plain flour
- 40 g Corn Flour or Custard Powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Paste
Cream Filling
- 100 g Butter
- 150 g Icing Powder, Pre-milled in your TM
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- Fresh Strawberry Jam, Made in your TM

Preheat the oven to 160°
Biscuits
* Soften butter for 2 minutes, at 50° on speed 2.
* Add sugar & vanilla and cream for 10 seconds on speed 3. Scrape down and repeat.
* Add flours. Mix for 10 seconds on speed
* Roll mixture into balls and flatten lightly with a fork,
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until goldenAdd all ingredients to TM bowl. Mix for 10-20 seconds on speed 4
When biscuits are cool, organise into pairs. First "butter" one half with jam & then pipe or spread the icing onto it's "partner" biscuit and sandwich together.

Absolutely delicious - super easy biscuits!! If you're South African or grew up there - these remind me of a mixture of melting moments & strawberry whirls in the same mouthful!

I had a glut of strawberries so made the jam, then made these biscuits. Yum! Next time I would make a double batch. I already had some buttercream in the fridge for the filling.
These were amazing. I made these with a passionfruit curd filling as I was craving passionfruit. Yum ! I will be making these again, but exactly as above as they sound great. Thanks !
I always thought melting moments were hard to make but these are so wonderfully easy. And so delish, we had to make a second batch cause the first ones didn't even last till hubby got home and he wanted some when he heard how good they were. We didn't need to make more cream filling though as there was heaps left over with the first batch. Thank you for a great recipe, will be making these many times over.
I made these a few weeks ago, omitting the jam. Utterly delicious, although found the filling a little too sweet and next time I'll use less sugar.
Thanks guys, as I made these I figured out that "cream" was the method and not the ingredient. Feeling a bit silly now hehe. Thanks for your help. these turned out amazing and as I have left over cream filling I am going to make another batch today.

Cream is the method of mixing.. As in 'cream the butter and sugar'..
That's ok - I have a phone that does it's own thing.......
The cream is the icing part. I'm not sure how you are reading the recipe but it should show the Biscuit method, then under the cream filling & then under that the assembly.

Im meaning in the actual biscuit recipe you have writen add cream when adding vanilla and sugar to TM Bowl, is this just an error and there is no cream?
Hi Alicia-Renae - I only just saw your comment now. The amount you add onto the biscuit is a personall preference. You can either just put a thin layer or you can be quite generous because there's quite a lot of creamy filling.
