Ingredients
Crumble
- 200 grams oats
- 100 grams wholemeal flour
- 40 grams raw sugar
- 1 heaped teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 1 heaped teaspoon ginger ground
- 150 grams Butter
Fruit
- 6 Apples ( Peeled , cored and Diced)
- 2 pears (peeled, cored and diced)
- 3 large rhubarb, cut into 2cm chunks
- 40 grams brown sugar
- lime juice, Good Squeeze

Fruit in total weighed up to 1000gm
Place all ingredients in to TM Bowl and cook for 8 mins /100 degrees/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
When finished place in ramekins or serving dish.
Clean and dry bowl for next step.
Place all ingredients into Tm bowl and mix 5 seconds/ Speed 5.
Check if combined if not scrape down and go another 5 seconds.
set timer 1 min/"Closed lid" /"Dough mode" and knead.
Place this on top of your preferred serving dish . It makes a thick crumble so if you prefer thin then perhaps halve the recipe.
Bake in the oven 180- degrees for 20 mins or until golden .
Serve with some fresh TM Vanilla Custard (EDC)

I was using up the fruit in my fridge so have a go with any fruit that needs to be used.
The crumble is like a "muesli" topping giving it that wonderful healthy feel
I used my rotating peeler and corer for prepping pear and apple

A lovely dish and soooo easy to make. I did a big dish instead of small individual ramekins. I could have even added a little more sugar but the others in my family thought it was perfect. We ate with vanilla ice cream.
I just made the fruit part, and thought it was genius just bunging it all in the bowl. I normally steam it. This is so easy.

really nice recipe. Added shredded coconut and almonds and didnt have many oats.
Very nice. I just used apples and strawberries for the fruit as it's what I had in, I didn't add any sugar to them. Wow there was a lot of crumble! I ended up doing a thick layer across the pie dish and then covering a whole baking tray in the crumble to have as a muesli crunch snack. I added cashews, coconut, almonds and golden syrup to the extra on the baking tray to make it extra tasty. My crumble didn't really go golden even after 40mins in the oven. My husband loved it and he doesn't like apples.

Beautiful, healthy crumble. Everyone loved it. Used half the sugar in the crumble topping and added extra cinnamon. For the fruit I used pear and Granny Smith apples about 750g and halved the sugar. Made one big crumble and had it with vanilla custard made in thermie. Will be a favourite for us.
Used no sugar in the apple & pear mix. Also, used muesli mix, instead of plain oats. Still amazing Thanks for sharing.
