  • 80 g raw sugar
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 500-510 g whipping cream (full fat)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence or extract

Whole mango (frozen or fresh)

Recipe's preparation

    Mango icecream
  1. Creamy tradition icecream from EDC - with a few differences 

    Place sugar in bowl and mill - 2 sec/speed 9

    Add all remaining ingredients (except mango) and cook 6 min/80 degrees/speed 4

    Pour mixture into shallow container and freezer for 4-5 hours. Until firm but not frozen

    Remove icecream and cut into pieces. Place in bowl with mango. (We used frozen mango). 

    Blend for 20 sec/speed 9. If using frozen mango - May need extra blending. 

    Place in container and freeze for 4-5 hours prior to serving
