A great fill in for when my coffee machine steam pump is on the blink. I microwaved it yesterday but it just wasn't the same. This was the next best thing to having my proper frothed milk. Thankyou!
Love this! Just like a store bought cappuccino! I recommend 250g for one person!
Our milk frother just died and i cant do microwaved milk lol so gave this a go, worked awesome!! For a regular coffee i would say more than 100g milk pp though, i did 300 and it wasnt really enough for me n hubby will do 400 next time.

Works a treat. Used approx 200g per person. Thanks for sharing. Beats waiting for the milk frother for each coffee!
This is great! It makes it so easy. I've even adapted to add milo/choc powder for an instant drink.
awesome! Just made the BCB hot choc made it for 1, used 250g milk 60g milk choc and at the 2 min left mark i turned speed up to 8 for 30secs, it's awesome! (I also used skim milk) so i also turned off guided cooking early perfect!
works a treat. It only filled a 3rd of my mug though so next time I'll increase the milk to 250ml per mug..
Thanks I was trying to do with the butterfly whisk. It took me 3 min to reach 70 degrees but I might take it slightly over as it dropped to 55min after the high speed beating. I did do the last step twice as I was using a lower fat content milk.
