Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 shortcut bacon rashers
- 1 can Tomatoes 400g
- 1 tablespoon stock paste
- 500 grams Beef mince
- 250 grams Spiral pasta
- 1 Cup Diced Vegies
- 250 grams water
- Grated cheese to top

1. Preheat oven to 180deg and lightly spray a lasagne type dish. Add Onion & Garlic and chop 3 Sec/Sp 7.
2. Add diced bacon, oil and sauté 3 Min/Varoma/Sp1
3. Add Tomatoes and break mince into 4 large sections and place on top of tomatoes (I find this helps to stop the mince being finely chopped). Cook 10 Min/100deg/"Counter-clockwise operation" /Sp 1
4. Add Water, uncooked Pasta, vegetables, stock paste. Sp1 until combined. Transfer to dish and bake covered in oven for 30 mins. Remove, stir and top with cheese and bake for a further 30 mins uncovered or until cheese has melted.

YUM, this is a good recipe. I reckon my husband might even cook it...I added a chilli with the Garlic & Onion & I think I'll add some tomato paste with the stock next time too
LOVED IT Very yum, easy and plenty of left overs. I only used 200g pasta but it still turned out awesome.
