Ingredients
Muesli Bars
- 100gm unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup raw suger
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup rice bubbles
- 3/4 cup Self Raising Flour
- 3/4 cup Shredded Cocount
- 1 cup sultanas

Pre Heat your oven to 180 degrees
1. Put butter, raw sugar, honey into the TM bowl- 3min 100 degrees speed 1.
2. Add all dry ingredients into a bowl
3. Add the warm ingredients into the bowl and mix with a wooden spoon well to combine.
4. Pour into a square 20cm cake pan lined with baking paper.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
7. Cool Completely in pan, then cut into 12 portions
Can be kept in an air tight container for a few days with no problem- if it lasts that long

This recipe can easily be adapted for various diets - ie gluten free
You can also add whatever dried fruits you like, I think pepitas would be lovely too!

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Added 2 tbsp of chia seed. Half cup of sultanas and half cup of dried cranberries. Made these without the sugar and tastes just as great.
