I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Put all nuts in TM bowl. Pulverise on speed 9-10 for 2 mins.
Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 7 minutes, 60 degrees, speed 4-5.
Puree by increasing speed slowly to speed 8 for 20 seconds, then a further 40 seconds once you reach speed 8.
Insert basket into TM bowl and strain to remove the bits. It is delicious warm or cold, so drink a little now and put the rest in the fridge for later!
Tip
You can use any mix of nuts, to a total of 120grams.
Try not to drink it all at once!

My first Thermomix nut milk - it turned out great - doesn't even need straining, though I would probably strain to use in drinks. This is light with a mild flavour, and quick to make - will be using this recipe again.
This is a really nice nut milk. I sweetened with rice malt syrup and added a bit extra in (so it was sweet enough for my kids). I strained with a nut milk bag as I found there were still quite a few bits left after using a strainer. Thanks for the great recipe
hello, do we really need to strain?
Wow I'm so happy with this recipe. This is going to save me buckets, and it does taste great warm and even custard works with it - great with Cocoa. (Have only tried with almonds only and rice oil but works fine)! Suggest a finer strainer than a basket.
