Ingredients
- 100 graw almonds
- a couple of heaped tablespoonsof raw almond butter (or mixed nut butter)
- a handful or two of raisins or sultanas
- 40-50 g of pure maple syrup (to taste - make sure it's still tangy, not too sweet)
- a handful of raw cacao nibs
- about 400 g of frozen mixed berries

In Thermomix bowl, chop almonds on speed 6 for about 5 seconds, or until roughly chopped.
Add almond butter, raisins/sultanas, maple syrup and cacao nibs, and mix on speed 3 for a few seconds, until combined.
Add berries and mix on speed 2 for a fews seconds, until combined.
Serve semi-frozen or thawed, either on its' own as a dessert or snack (or even for breakfast!) - or use it as a topping for Torte Caprese or cheesecakes, with chocolate drizzled over the top!
