- 80 g dry chickpeas
- Handful fresh parsley
- small onion
- 1 leek
- 50 gun-salted butter
- 200 gDiced chicken breast
- 1100 g water
- 1 tbs concentrated vegetable stock
- Pinch pepper
- Pinch Cayenne pepper
- 100 g frozen peas
- 50 g frozen corn
- 100 gdiced carrot

Mill Chick peas 1 min / speed 9 (set aside)
Chop parsley, onion. leek 5 secs / speed 6
Add butter and saute for 5 mins / 100 C / Speed 1
Add chick pea flour, stock and water (mix 2 secs speed 4)
Add Chicken and cook for 15 mins / 100 C / Reverse / Speed 1
Add vegetables and pepper and cook for a further 10 mins / 100 C / Reverse / Speed 1
Serve with sour cream and chopped chives

One of the best soups I have made! I didn't have a leek but it was fine without it. Also put in 500g chicken for a meatier soup.
