It is more like a dense cake rather than brownie. Last step speed 5 was a waste of good walnuts and chocolate chip - all blended into brownie. Maybe add one last step to reverse stir in the walnuts and chips. Baking time for me 30min already yield a clean stick. Kids still love it. But i have my reservations calling it brownie.
So yummy, can't believe it doesn't have eggs
I reduced sugar and also reduced cooking time it's fudge and delicious thanks for a fantastic recipe
More like cake than brownie, but very tasty all the same!
I only used two bananas (very ripe), no walnuts but added chia seeds instead and these were so incredible! Thank-you very much.
Made these today - Yummy! My son advised me that he'll have these in his lunchbox for school with a great big smile on his face. I made a 20 x 20 tin of brownies, and then 6 cupcakes with the remaining mix. Thanks for the share.
