Perfect for whipping up fast for cricket morning tea. Whipped my cream first and used the MC to cut out the scone as suggested by others. Served with jam and the whipped cream - went like hotcakes!!

Great easy recipe. I whip some cream for in top first so I don’t have to wash the bowl. Have made these a couple of times before work to take to meetings nice and warm. Delicious. Thanks.

Still love this recipe but since last reviewing them, I have been known to sub sour cream and yoghurt when I've run out of cream. Recipe still works perfectly.

I only put in 200g of milk and the dough was a perfect consistency, not too sticky to work with and I cooked in oven of 180 degrees for 10 minutes and they were so light and fluffy and delicious!
