I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Grind Linseeds and sesame seeds into a powder. 20sec/spd 9
Add all other seeds and nuts (except cocoa and sugar). Blend for 5-10sec/spd 9. Make sure you check and scrape down sides until a fine powder is achieved. If you blend it too much you will make a paste which we dont want.
Add remaining ingredients and mix for 5secs/spd 7. Use spatula to assist if need be.
Tip
Use this mixture like you would normal Milo. It can be done with hot water and milk or with cold milk. You can use it in recipes and makes a health alternative to normal cocoa.
Makes 450-500g!

Oh wow!! I was skeptical because I LOVE my milo, but I believe I no longer need to buy milo. This is good. The kids loved it too.
It works! Kids loved it. Thanks.
So easy, it's just sweet nutmeal with cocoa. So much better than the tinned stuff, and gluten free. It doesnt mix as well in cold milk so I made some with 50% milled barley. No longer GF but the kids love it.
Delicious. Taste BETTER than Milo.
Easy and yummy! The nuts don't dissolve in hot drink (obviously) so it's a little gritty, but great as a cold drink.
Easy - great alternaive
