I made this tonight for the first time. Kids liked that it had a mild flavor. I added extra curry and turmeric for me.
Look forward to making it again. 11 year old asked for seconds
Great vegetarian curry.
So sorry but this was so bland. All you could taste was curry powder. Left us really deflated. Added tomato paste. Better.
Very bland tasting curry and to add the sour cream split due to the lemon juice and heat of the curry when you add it. It could work well if this doesn't happen but it's a very basic dish and wasted when the full thing was taken over by the split sour cream.
Good non meat curry to try.
I really enjoyed this and ended up using a variety of vegies to use up the older ones in the crisper.
Loved this. I used a Breyani special masala curry paste instead of the curry powder and omitted the curry flakes. Was very tasty and perfect consistency. Will be a regular go to recipe.
Can't wait to try this one!
A nice way to use up potatoes and a great quatity as well. Thanks

Silly question but what is a beanette. I'm presuming a small bean?????
