Ingredients
Sweet Potato Mash
- 700 g sweet potato, stabbed a few time and should fit in the Varoma
- 1 lime, chopped in half
- 1 small bunch coriander
- 2 tablespoons Mango Chutney
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Steamed Greens
- 200 g aspargus
- 1 head Broccoli
- 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 fresh red chilli
- 1 tsp soy sauce

TX – chop chilli and garlic 2-3sec/ speed 7
Remove
TX – add 800g water for steaming
Varoma – add sweet potato and lime to bottom shelf
Steam 40 min/ varoma / speed 1
Varoma – add greens to bottom shelf after 20 minutes
Once everything is cooked
Remove the Varoma and tip out the water
TX – chop coriander 2-3 sec / speed 7
Add chutney, soy sauce, ½ lime juice and sweet potato (which has had the cooked lime juice squeezed over it) and splash of soy sauce
TX – 4 x Turbo

Jamie servers with fried fish fillets, or you could steam them for a healthier version.
