Very tasty soup.
Versatile too. I substituted pumpkin and carrots.
I preferred a creamy soup, so blended it and added a bit kore water as it was very thick.
This is by far my favourite soup, my favourite Thermomix recipe and my favourite homemade meal of all time. It freezes and reheats beautifully. So satisfying, tasty and healthy! Thank you!!!!!
This is a tasty filling soup with plenty of flavour. I love it. Thanks for sharing.

Tasty, satisfying, filling, healthy thai soup, I enjoyed the thickness of this version - it's easier to make thick soup thinner, than thin soup thicker I think! My lunch guest was suitably impressed! Forgot the sugar which didn't matter, & added some garlic as per comments. Thx for posting.
I poached a chicken breast in the varoma while it was cooking. I poured the soup into a thermoserver and shredded to chicken and added to the top of the soup. We loved it!
Was a absolute hit with my partner already asking for me to make it again.
Yum.....This soup really hits the spot! I added a touch more water to thin it out and more again the next day prior to serving. Also I didn't have any coconut milk in the pantry, so used a can of evaporated milk with a few drops coconut essence.......Decadent!
Loved this soup, changed slightly by adding 2 or 3 cloves of garlic.

This was absolutely wonderful. I substituted laksa paste and chicken stock paste. It was loved by everyone in the family.
