Healthy warming asparagus soup
- 500 grams coconut milk, canned, premium
- 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
- 400g grams vegetable stock
- 1 clove garlic
- pinch salt, to taste

1. Cut off tough ends of aparagus and chop stalks in half or thirds.
2. Put all ingredients in TM. Blend on high speed 7-10 for 10-20 seconds depending on how smooth you want the soup. I prefer it really smooth so the longer the better.
3. Cook on 100 degrees for 8 minutes on speed 1.
4. As you open the lid and pour, careful that the hot soup doesn't spill over the top and burn you. Serve warm and you can add Greek yogurt or sour cream to make it creamy if you want.

sorry I didn't see your question until now! I'm not quite sure of stalk quantity, I'd guess around 10-12, it's not too exact a recipe, you can't go too wrong! Hope you enjoy!
