Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

I tried this recipe as an alternative to other anzac slices that included flour as I am trying to cut down on the amount of wheat my family is eating. I reduced the sugar to 50g and found that amount to be perfect.

Like previously mentioned I too added some chia seeds. Although it was tasty we found this very sweet, so next time I will reduce the sugar.

So quick & delicious! Made this last night and it's just been devoured by friends who came over all asking for the recipe. I used a handful of rice bubbles as well as the oats and sprinkled chia seeds on the top before baking. Will make again & a perfect lunchbox treat. Thanks for posting! ;0)
