- 200 grams raw pitted dates
- 3 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 pinch Celtic Sea Salt

Recipe's preparation
- Weigh dates in a bowl on thermomix lid, cover with boiling water, set aside to soak for 5 mins.
- Using your steaming basket drain dates and place into thermomix bowl.
- Put coconut cream and pinch of salt into thermomix bowl.
- "Blend" 10 secs / speed 6. Scrape sides with spatular and repeat until paste is smooth and creamy.
- Remove and enjoy!
