Ingredients

Pudding

  • 60 grams Butter
  • 150 grams SR flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 100 grams raw sugar
  • 130 grams Milk
  • 1 cherry ripe
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

caramel sauce

  • 150 grams cream
  • 60 grams Butter
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Exract

Recipe's preparation

    Caramel Sauce
  1. 1. Place all sauce ingredients in TM bowl cook for 6mins on 80degrees speed 4, then place aside sauce will thicken. 

  2. Cherry Ripe Pudding
  3. 1. No need to rinse the Tm bowl after making the sauce.  Place sugar in bowl and mill for 2secs on speed 9.

    2. Add butter and melt 1-2mins 60degrees speed 2.

    3. Add remaining ingredients appart from the cherry ripe. Mix on speed 3 for 20seconds,  with 3 seconds remaining break the cherry ripe into chunks and place into the bowl through the hold in the lid. (you want the cherry ripe to be mixed but not completely blended). 

    4. Half fill silcone moulds if you have small ones it will fit 10- or you can use 3-4 medium sized ramekins. Do not over fill as they will rise.

    5. Fill the TM bowl with 1000g water (no need to clean the bowl) and cook for 20mins on varoma.  Once time has finished check if pudding is cooked, if using ramekins may need a couple of mins longer. 

    6. Serve puddings with sauce on top.
