Chocolate Mud Cake
- 250 grams Butter, Softened
- 540 grams brown sugar
- 379 grams Milk
- 100 grams cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
- 300 grams Flour, Self Rasing
- 4 tbsp Flour, Plain
- 6 egg

- Place Brown , Sugar & Milk in bowl "Closed lid" . Cook 7 Mins, 100 deg Speed 1.5 with measuring cup on
- add cocoa powder & bi carbonate of soda, Cook 1 min, 90 Degrees Speed 1.
Leave to cool - Add 3 eggs & Plain flour mix, 20 secs, speed 3.5
Scrape down sides - Add remaining 3 eggs, Self Raising flour, mix 30 secs, speed 4.
Scrape down sides.
repeat mixing time and speed if flour has not completely mixed together - Pour mixture into greased lined 10 inch tin. or makes great cupcakes
Bake in Oven for approx 1.5 hours @ 160 deg Fan Forced Oven.
check cake periodically to make sure centre is cooked through.
Place Brown , Sugar & Milk in bowl
Tip
You can Half this recipe for 8 serves. doubling the recipe is to much for the TM Bowl.
