Delicious! Really easy to make and they taste great. Thanks for the recipe
I just made these for my GF 4 year old, I snuck one for morning tea and it was absolutely delicious! Thanks for a great recipe.
These are delicious. I left them in oven for about 20 minutes so they were really crunchy. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
Lovely biscuits, nice and crunchy. I will make these again when I feel like a Anzac biscuit fix!
I tried these last night and they are spectacular. I used oats as I'm able to eat them.... but it was so nice to have an anzac bickie for the first time in forever.
I think with Oats the main thing is the processing factory rather than the actual product, as there are versions of gluten free oats around that have just been cultivated and processed in a GF factory.
Thanks so much for this.
:O sorry kiwichic, I was not aware there was gluten in oats, and thankyou for the correction. Will change the recipe to use Quinoa Flakes.
I looove cooking with my thermie!
To make this recipe Gluten Free use Quinoa Flakes instead of oats and then it's Gluten Free!
This recipe isnt actually Gluten Free as Oats contain gluten
