Marshmallow Apricot balls

  • 1 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 120 g dried apricots
  • 100 g mini marshmallows
  • 250 g Marie biscuits
  • 200 g dessicated coconut, for rolling

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place dried apricots into the bowl of your TMX. chop for 7 secs at speed 9, MC on. Repeat if apricots are not diced. Place aside.
  2. Without washing the bowl, chop marshmallows for 10 secs speed 9, MC on. Place with apricots.
  3. Without washing the bowl, place 250g marie bisucits into the TMX. mill for 10 secs on speed 10, MC on. Repeat step if there are chunks of biscuits in your mixture
  4. Add your apricot and marhmallow mixture to your biscuits. Add the condensed milk. Combine the ingredients on speed 4 for 10 secs, reverse blade enabled, MC on.
  5. Using teaspoon sized portions, roll the mixture into balls. Roll the balls into the coconut.

    You can also shape the mixture into a log, roll the log in the coconut.
  6. Place the balls into an air tight container and leave them in the refridgerator for 2 hours.

    If you have made your mixture into a log, remove from the fridge after two hours, and using a warm knife, slice the log into bite sized pieces.
