Ingredients

  • 130 grams sunflower seeds, milled
  • 130 grams Pepita Seeds (pumpkin), milled
  • 70 grams Quinoa flakes
  • 100 grams coconut oil, melted
  • 100 grams Honey or Rice Malt Syrup
  • 40 grams Cornflakes
  • 130 grams sultanas
  • 1 teaspoon bicarb soda

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 170 degrees 

    Place seeds in bowl a and mill for for 1-2 secs Closed lid"Closed lid" turbo until fine flour like resemblence.

    Add quinoa flakes, cornflakes, sultanas coconut oil, honey and bicarb soda and on Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" slowly increase mixing upto speed 9 for 20 seconds or until well combined.

     

    Using a teaspoon place tsp sized balls onto a prepared oven tray and baked on 150-170 degree oven for 15 mins or until brown.

    Let cool before eating tmrc_emoticons.;-)

Tip

You may coose to use almond meal or flour.

    I followed the instructions exactly but the mixture is very oily and spreads excessively, burning in 10 minutes. Unfortunately I had to throw out. Perhaps less moisture and less cooking time/temp?
