  • 75 grams raw almonds
  • 75 grams raw cashews
  • 75 grams hazelnuts
  • 35 grams sunflower seeds
  • 35 grams pumpkin seed
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoons cacao nibs, raw
  • 1 scoops Protein Powder
  • 2 level tablespoon cacao powder, raw
  • 75 grams coconut oil
  • 118 grams water

Recipe's preparation

    Energy Balls
  1. Add into the bowl almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, Chia seeds, cacao nibs, protein powder and cacao powder.
    Blend for 10 seconds/speed 8 or until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
    Next add the coconut oil into the bowl and mix for 10sec/speed 5
    Next scrape down the side turn the speed to 3 and slowly pour the water into the bowl through the mesuring cup hole and mix untill all combined and the mixture forms a sticky dough.
    Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into small balls. Coat them in shredded coconut or extra cacao nibs.
    Place the energy balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours until firm.

Tip

Coconut oil works better if it's melted

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
