I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place cooled nuts into mixing bowl and mill for 20 sec/speed 8 until a paste forms.
Add chocolate and chop for 5 sec/speed 6.
Melt for 5 min/50oC/speed 1.
Add salt and vanilla and blend for 10 sec/speed 3.
Spread into square tin and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.

Delicious! It gets very soft very quickly at room temperature, but using salted peanuts (as suggested by a few commenters) made this a beautifully balanced choc-peanut treat.

This was okay, but if I made it again I'd definitely make some changes.
The peanuts have to be blended a bit more, I wouldn't use such a dark chocolate (I used 70%) and I wouldn't use rock salt. Perhaps salted peanuts without adding any salt.
