Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

We use this recipe a lot. I usually double it. The kids love them. So easy to make. And set quickly too

i didn't worry about the froth lol. Mine haven't gone cloudy but some have had little bubbles, but because they're on the bottom (once you flip them out) I haven't minded. Thanks for the feedback 😊
I forgot to add stars before. I also use the Kmart silicone moulds.
Great. If you use a lower speed to mix then you won't get as much froth. Also you can freeze these. Thumbs up.
Thanks for the recipe, I made these for my kids birthday party and they were a huge hit!!
The only issue i had was when it finished mixing there was all that foamy stuff on top. Mayb put in the recipe that you should scrape it off befor filling moulds otherwise the lollies go all cloudy. (I worked it out in time thankfully and they turned out perfect!)

oh I have added to recipe now. Yep, I just put in a plastic container and store in fridge 😊 They do keep out of fridge too, but nicer cold.
These look great.. maybe a silly question but once set do they need to be stored in the fridge?
