  • 50 g cream
  • 200 g frozen mango pieces
  • 250 g ice
  • 60 g milk powder

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grate Chocolate 10 sec speed 4.

  2. Melt 1.5-2 minutes, 50 degrees, speed 3

  3. Add cream.  Mix 30sec, speed 3.

  4. Add mango.  Blend 20sec, speed 5.

  5. Add Ice & milk powder.  Blend 1-1.5 minutes, speed 9.  Use spatula to assist if needed.

Tip

Freeze peeled mangos in portions.

For firmer mix, return to freezer & blend again before eating (if it lasts that long!)

    Mine didnt work. The choc melts didn't melt just went like glue.  Very runny consistency at the end. Have it in the freezer to hope for a firmer finish. Not sure what I did wrong :/
