Definitely go easy on the cornflour!! Using warm water to dissolve it would be better too! I took the meat and some mushies out and blitzed the sauce to make it super smooth as the cornflour was all gluggy! Will cook again though
new to all these cooking terms! Whats EDC vege stock paste? thought stock only came as a powder or a liquid?! would really like to cook this recipe!
This was great and so easy! Love anything where you can just chuck it all in! I used only about 30 grams of cornflour after reading other comments, and added a little extra water part way thru and it turned out perfect and nice and saucy!
Great recipe, use it at least twice a month, family loves it. thanks
Kids & I had this for dinner & we all loved it I also made another batch for my partner to take out to work, added some peppercorns & he loved it.. Had no corn flour the sauce was runny just the way we all like it..
Quite good! Hubby and kids devoured it! A little too much cornflour for me also Has anyone had success without?
Good taste but a bit too much cornflour. Not as rich of a taste as traditional beef stroganoff.
Amazing! Loads of flavour. Was a massive hit with my family tonight. Thank You!
Too much cornflour for us, I will try without it next time.
Too much corn starch for us, I will try without it next time.
