Family favourite - i have adjusted some quantities (and add extra hidden veg) to feed our family of 7
Tweaked it a bit, but was great.
Yummo!! It was enjoyed by all in our household!
I cooked this tonight for a family of 5, I only doubled the rice, water, stock and tomato and it turned out lovely
Hi,
I was wondering if you ended up making a bigger batch, and if so how much rice did you put in and did you increase the cooking time? Was hoping to make it tonight but to go a bit further! Thank you!!
Made this tonight and was DEEE licious!!! I used a jar of chargrilled capsicums instead of oven roasted ones as I was short on time and omitted the sugar. Would prob add an extra 200g tomatoes and 200 of water and more rice to make MORE for leftover lunches!!

yummy and like paella but easier
it is devine, gluten free, dairy free and delicious- but it is totally dependant on the quality of the chorizo! find the best there is and enjoy! everyone loved it but I did serve it with parmesan cheese-m
