    Hi,

I was wondering if you ended up making a bigger batch, and if so how much rice did you put in and did you increase the cooking time? Was hoping to make it tonight but to go a bit further! Thank you!!

Made this tonight and was DEEE licious!!!  I used a jar of chargrilled capsicums instead of oven roasted ones as I was short on time and omitted the sugar.  Would prob add an extra 200g tomatoes and 200 of water and more rice to make MORE for leftover lunches!!
