Ingredients
Carrot and Stilton Soup
- 60 grams Butter
- 420 grams carrots, (about 3 Medium Carrots)
- 1 tablespoon Concentrated vegetable stock
- 410 grams hot water, (2 cups)
- 60 grams stilton cheese, (or more to taste)
- 100 grams cream, (1/2 cup)

Place butter in TM bowl, melt for 1 minute at 60, on speed 4
2. Add the carrots, chopped big enough to fit through the hole of the TM lid.
Add Conentrated vegetable stock and hot water. Mix for a few seconds on
speed 6 to combine then cook for 12 minutes at 100 on speed 1
3. Blend for 30 seconds by slowly going from speed 1 to speed 9 until you
have a smooth mixture.
4. Add the cheese and cream then mix for a few seconds on speed 4.
5. Serve. Sprinkle a little extra cheese if preferred.
