Cauliflower & Bacon soup
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 grams spring onion
- 140 grams bacon, Roughly chopped
- 380 grams cauliflower florets
- 1 potato, Small cubes
- 25 grams Butter
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 80 grams full cream milk
- 500 grams Boiling water
- 2 tsp chicken stock

- Add garlic, spring onion & bacon dice 5 sec speed 6 scrape down sides. Add butter and sauté 2min varoma speed 1. Add flour, chicken stock & boiled water 2mins 100 degrees speed"Gentle stir setting" . Add cauliflower, potato & cumin cook 16mins 100 degrees speed 1.
Puree to desired consistency 1 min speed 1 to 7
Add milk and mix 2min 100 dedgrees speed 2

Tip
Add more milk if you want
top with cracked black pepper
