in thermonix, add butter and heat on 30 degrees for one minute, speed 2 , add sugar and heat further minute, until butter is me,ted, add eggs, and beat one minute, speed five, add flour and cocoa, beat two minutes speed 3, until smooth and glossy, add choc chips/bits, beat 30 secs, speed 3/4. Pour mixture into lined brownie pan and cook in a slow oven, 160 - 180 degrees Celsius for 40/45 minutes, keep a good eye on it the first time to make sure it doesn't burn, check after 30 minutes with a skewer To see how itsgoing, I use varying amounts of choc chips, depending on the day. And leave them a bit chunky sometimes, this makes a quite gooey brownie recipe. It's better to cook it a bit slower than risk burning.
