Amazing recipe, makes a lot & they keep well. They stay so crunchy too.

Love this recipe! I don't put the dough in the fridge, doesn't need it as it is firm enough to use cutters and roll out nicely straight from the bowl. Makes about 70 medium sized teddies. Yum!

I cut down on the butter content but these still turned out really lovely. Made so many. My son loves them. Thanks for sharing.

Couldn't find teddy cutters, but little stars and hearts worked just as well! And OMG, d-e-l-i-s-h! My daughter will be lucky if she gets any  tmrc_emoticons.;)

This recipe is one of our favourites! I make round cookies and dip half into dark chocolate. Yum yum!! Then store in the fridge if it summer.

Wonderful alternative to the commercial biscuits. Labour-intensive at the cutting and laying-out phase but well worth the effort. I substituted brown cane sugar and spelt flour and the recipe worked a treat. My children simply scoff Tiny Teddies so I'm really pleased to have a homemade version which tastes great at a fraction of the price and without any additives. Thank you!

Thank you for this delicious recipe. I had to make a couple of substitutions & the cookies came out perfect. My substitutions were - brown sugar, half butter & half coconut oil, 1 Tbsp ground ginger and spelt flour. The mix started out crumbly but I warmed it with my hands for a little bit & then rolled between two pieces of baking paper. The dough came together perfectly under the rolling pin. I will try this recipe again with a little less sugar.
