- 150 grams sultana
- 40 grams dessicated coconut
- 4 pieces Weetbix
- 40 grams cocoa powder, 70% cocoa
- 30 grams Smooth peanut butter
- 15 grams coconut oil, Melted
- 120 grams honey

- 1. Add all the ingredients in order
2. 120 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 8
Mixture should be sticky & well combined
3. Press into square baking tray. Place in fridge to set
Mix it up
Tip
I make 2x batches to press into square baking tray
If you want to add icing:
4x tbl spoons of dark chocolate
1x tbls coconut oil
Combing & melt 1.5mins/60 degrees/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 4
Drizzling over the top of the slice

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
