Recipe's preparation

  1. Pit cherries and freeze.

  2. Place sugar and zest into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend up to 1 min/speed 9, using spatula to assist incorporating the fruit.

  4. Add a little extra vodka, if desired, before serving.
