Ingredients

Rice milk (recipe from A Taste of Vegetarian Cook Book)

  • 50 g brown rice, soaked for 4 to 6 hours
  • 1000 g water

Creamed Rice

  • 1000 g rice milk
  • 80 g organic Maple Syrup
  • 180 g arborio rice
  • 1/2 tsp organic vanilla powder
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

    Rice Milk
  1. Place drained rice into TM bowl and pulverise for 30 seconds on speed 8.

    Add water and cook for 7 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 3.

    Slowly turn the dial from speed 1 to speed 8 for 1 minute to puree.

  2. Creamed Rice
  3. If you have just made the rice milk, add all remaining ingredients for the creamed rice into the TM bowl.  

    Cook at 90 degrees for 50 minutes on Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"  speed 1.
