Devilled Wine Chops
- 8 lamb neck
- 3 pinches salt
- 3 pinches pepper, ground
- 2 stalks celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 level tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 level tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 level tbsp lemon juice
- 2 level tbsp dry sherry
- 1 can chopped tomatoes

- Fry off the chops until golden brown.
- Place onion and garlic in thermomix on speed 5 for 6 seconds. Scrape down and process on speed 5 for 4 more seconds. Add the tomatoes and blend for 5 seconds on speed 4. The tomatoes will be a little smoother. Add the rest of the ingredients and then cook until boiling on reverse speed till it comes to the boil for about 6 minutes on speed 2.
Pour sauce over the chops and bake for 1 to 1/2 hours on 160deg C in the oven. Check occasionally to make sure the sauce does not dry out.
Serve with Rice, Pasta or Mash and vegetables.
