Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Already had my own meatballs made, used this recipe for the sauce. Added a carrot and zucchini and only used 1x400g tin of tomatoes. Bloody beautiful!!! Thanks!

Lovely! And nice and easy to sneak hidden veg into.......
This recipe made more than enough for a meal and another portion to freeze for a speedy dinner.
I put mine over cooked pasta with some grated mozarella and parmesan on top and baked in the oven for a super decadent dinner.

Love it! Added more flavour to the balls like another user suggested and they were delicious! Sauce was perfect and love that it cooks all together 👌🏼 Thank you!
I added a few more herbs into the meatballs and they were delicious. Very yummy and easy dinner as I made my pasta on the thermoserver while this cooked! Thank you
Love the way the thermie does the meatballs and how the varoma makes the sauce and cooks the meatballs. Very tasty, will be a regular dish in out household.
Sauce is delicious - makes plenty.
Meatballs weren't as tasty as I had hoped. I would add some more herbs and garlic next time.
Otherwise a great recipe for the family!
