Only used red onion, not all the onion that the recipe called for. Absolute winner in the house, will certainly make this again and will play with flavours. Just like gravy prior to Thermomix Life! Thank you for sharing 👌😊
Would this keep for long in the fridge to then reheat, or even freeze? Or is it best to use all in the one sitting?
I felt the same so I think there was too much onion in it. Next time I am going to use just a very small red onion and blend a flat tablespoon of flour into water before adding.
Wasn't happy with the taste of mine.
Yummy! i used Thyme as i didnt have rosemary but it was delish.
Very nice. I used white wine.
glad you enjoyed it, have also used shallots and white wine and is a lighter sweeter gravy, great with chicen
Delicious! Used thyme instead of rosemary.
