- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 parsnip
- 1 turnip
- 900 gram water
- 800 gram chicken breast
- 2.5 tablespoon vegetable stock
- paprika
- salt & pepper

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Peel & roughly chop vegetables & add to mixer bowl.
2. Chop sp 4, 4 seconds on reverse.
3. Add water, vegetable stock & salt & pepper if required to bowl.
4. Place diced chicken to varoma tray & season with seasoning of choice (I chose paprika).
5. Cook 15 mins, varoma, speed 2.
6. Break up chicken in varoma.
7. Cook for a further 15 mins, varoma, steam 2. If chicken isn't cooked through cook for a further 5 mins & check.
8. Carefully & slowly blend soup (I blended sp 7 for 20 seconds). I went up speeds in small increments & then decreased for last couple of seconds.
9. Add soup to thermoserver.
10. Don't rinse bowl just add steamed chicken & shred 4 seconds, speed 4 on reverse.
11. Add chicken to soup & serve. (I garnished with parsley)
