For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Weight into "Closed lid" butter and golden syrup.
3 minutes 70C 1/2 sp
Add the rest of the ingredients.

scrape down the sides
20 secs sp 4
roll into tablespoon sized balls and place in baking trays. Slightly flatten with a fork.
bake @ 160C fan bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly golden.
