If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- • Insert Butterfly Whisk
Add into the bowl "Closed lid"
- 600g cream (not low fat)
- 30g Coconut Sugar
- 50g Cocoa (i only use Cadbury)
- 1t Vanilla Essence
Insert lid MC on / 30 seconds, Speed 4
Remove Butterlfy and remove the mousse.
Insert lid MC on, turbo for 1 second, scrape out the mousse for no waste.
No need to refrigerate to set, serve with your fruit of choice.
This recipe can be doubled.
To make it sugar free, replace the coconut sugar with your choice of an alternative, we use Erythritol as it doesn't raise your glucose levels like other sweetners do.
