    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

How long does this keep in the fridge? And also does it freeze well?

The first time I made this, I really ruined it! I put the eggs in at the wrong step and forgot to add the flour and my 17 month old hated it.
Today I followed the recipe properly and my little one loves it! I put it in a frittata dish, with baking paper, which made it very easy to lift and separate.
Have frozen a few portions, so will be interesting how it goes with defrosting and reheating.

Does anyone know how long this keeps in the fridge?

Really nice and easy recipe, I used 1 fresh corn, 2 carrots, small onion, 1 mushroom and some frozen peas to make up the quantity of veg. I also did mini cupcakes and baked 15mins. My 9mth old baby also loved these, i just had to brake them up a little when eating.
