Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 brown onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 small zucchini
- 500 grams chicken breast, roughly diced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable stock concentrate
- 1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
- 5 sheets Shortcrust Pastry
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 egg

1. place garlic, onion, carrot and zucchini in bowl, chop 3sec sp7 then remove from bowl and set aside (no need to wash bowl)
2. place chicken in bowl, mince "Closed lid" turbo until desired consistency achieved
3. place chopped vegetables, stock concentrate and mixed herbs in bowl with chicken, mix 20sec "Counter-clockwise operation" sp4
4. pre-heat oven 180deg
5. combine egg and milk in a small bowl to brush pastry
6. cut each sheet of shortcrust pastry in half length ways and spoon mixture along one edge, brush other edge with egg/milk mixture and roll pastry up
7. place on baking tray and bake for 10mins, then brush tops with egg/milk mixture and bake for a further 35mins or until golden and cooked through
Tip
These sausage rolls freeze well
