Ingredients

  • 1 brown onion, quartered
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 420 grams can of creamed corn
  • 420 grams Can of Corn Kernels, incl. liquid
  • 250 grams Liquid Chicken Stock
  • 150 grams water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock concentrate
  • 1 /2 teaspoon salt
  • 350 grams chicken, breast or thighs, cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 broccoli floret, cut into small pieces
  • 2 egg whites, whisked
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour
  • small amount of water, to make paste with cornflour

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add onion and garlic to bowl and chop, 3sec sp7

    2. Scrape down sides of bowl then add olive oil, sautee, 2mins 100deg sp1

    3. Add both tins of corn (incl. liquid), chicken stock, water, stock concentrate, salt, chicken, sesame oil and broccoli, cook, 20mins 100deg Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" sp1

    4. In a small bowl mix cornflour and enough water to make a smooth paste, then add to soup along with whisked egg whites and cook for a further 5mins 100deg Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" sp1
