Recipe's preparation

  1. Cook peeled pumpkin in microwave (Quicker and easier for this small amount than Thermie) Approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Add all ingredients to your Thermomix bowl. 5 seconds, speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl. Continue in 5 second bursts, scraping down bowl each time until consistency you like.
  3. Scrape into bowl/container with a lid and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Tip

You can serve this with Pappadums that take 1 minute on high in the microwave. Can oven bake pita bread that has been cut into squares for dipping. Or good old potato chips. Tongue

    Recipe is created for
    TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
