- 550 g Jalapeño chillies
- 200 g brown onions
- 1 --- green apple, Approx 180g
- 125 g white vinegar
- 125 g vinegar, malt
- 420 g sugar

- Prepare and sterilize jars
- Weigh in jalapeño chillies, brown onions and green apple (approx 180g). Chop 5 seconds speed 7
- Weigh in white vinegar, malt vinegar and sugar. 4 seconds speed 4
- Scrape sides. 25 minutes 120°C reverse blades speed 0.5.
Put the simmering basket ontop - Scrape down the sides. 35 minutes 120°C speed 3
- Transfer into hot sterilized jars and put lids on immediately
Tip
For a less spicy paste, remove some of the seeds and membrane

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
